Summary report for models in uncertainty grid (skipjack)

This report summarizes the estimated parameters, the calculated biological reference points, and the estimated stock status relative to those reference points for model configurations included in the uncertainty grid for skipjack tuna. These models compose the Reference OMs.

Growth

Growth parameters per model configuration. \(L_1\) represents the mean length at the reference age.

Stock-Recruitment

Stock-recruitment parameters per model configuration.

Biology

Values of natural mortality and mean length-at-age per model configuration.

Reference points

Estimated reference points per model configuration. \(SSB_0\) is the unfished spawning biomass.

Spawning biomass (SSB)

Time series of spawning biomass per model configuration.

Fishing mortality (F)

Time series of fishing mortality (reported as exploitation rate in biomass) model configuration.
